About Us

We provide hope through healing in the lives of those who are affected by domestic and sexual violence.

Founded in 1996, Community Works is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency serving high-need youth and families, Women and children affected by domestic and sexual violence, and the Jackson County community as a whole through our 24/7 HelpLine. Through key community collaborations, a highly engaged board of directors, and deeply committed staff, we offer a comprehensive array of services that address the whole person and family, including:

Community Works strives to strengthen lives and our community by responding to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and high-need youth and their families, through support services and advocacy.

Community Works programs are accredited by the National Council of Accreditation. In addition our education programs received accreditation by the Northwest Association of Schools & Colleges. We are certified in Mental Health Treatment by the Oregon Department of Human Services, and are licensed Alcohol & Drug Treatment and Residential Care providers. Community Works is also a certified Foster Home provider.
