Carol Rios, Diversity & Belonging Director
Carol Rios, a native of Southern Oregon and a proud Panther alumna of South Medford High School, became involved with Community Works as a volunteer in 2011. Throughout her tenure, Carol has held diverse roles, starting as a Dunn House Resource Advocate, then progressing to serve as the Hispanic Services Coordinator, and currently serving as the Diversity and Belonging Coordinator.
When away from work, Carol indulges in crafting, camping, and various outdoor activities. She leads her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and coaches her soccer team. Having met her husband in high school, Carol celebrates nearly 20 years of marriage. Together with their three daughters, they relish in exploring new trails and seizing travel opportunities whenever possible.
Carol is a firm believer that every individual deserves a happy and healthy home. Her passion lies in community service and contributing her part to foster positive changes in people’s lives.
