Stacy Owen, Development Chair

Stacy Owens is a dedicated educator who has been part of the Rogue Valley community since 2010, when she moved here with her husband and young son. With over 20 years of experience in primary and secondary schools, she brings a passion for education that started at Wright State University, where she earned her B.S. in Education, focusing on reading and special education, in 1998.

Her family-oriented viewpoint and willingness to serve others align with Community Works’ mission to bring hope and support to individuals and families impacted by violence. Stacy is honored to be part of the Board of Directors and eager to help advance Community Works’ mission.

Stacy currently teaches at St. Mary’s, specializing in science and culinary arts. She is a cuisine connoisseur, and if she isn’t checking out a new restaurant or cooking up a storm in the kitchen, you can find her on the golf course or enjoying a good book.
